Welcome to Little Lunch (the “App”), operated by Little Lunch (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to any future amendments, which will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of this policy. 3. Account Registration To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. “You are fully responsible for all activities under your account” 4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations. • Post or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App’s source code. • Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools without permission. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion. 5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Payments Certain features of the App may require payment, processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). All transactions are subject to that store’s terms and conditions. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it may auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. Refunds: are handled by the app store. We do not provide refunds directly. 6. User-Generated Content You may submit content, such as text, photos, or reviews (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your User Content for App functionality and promotional purposes. You represent that: • You own or have rights to your User Content. • It does not infringe on the rights of others. • It complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or block any User Content at our discretion. 7. Intellectual Property All content provided by Little Lunch—including software, design, trademarks, logos, and text—is our property or licensed to us and protected under copyright and other laws. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. 8. Third-Party Services The App may include links to third-party services or content not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Use of the App is at your sole risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, creates any warranty not expressly stated here. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Lunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 6 months prior to the claim. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the App ends immediately. • We may delete your account and associated data. • Provisions of these Terms intended to survive termination shall remain in effect. 12. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or your registered email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kuwait. By using the App, you waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue. 14. Force Majeure We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, or internet outages. 15. Entire Agreement & Severability These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Little Lunch. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 16.
